Appointment Policy

Arriving late to your appointment can affect the valuable time between you and the injector but we will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time.  We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

We maintain a strict cancellation policy to protect our time as well as yours. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired. We do not offer refunds on skincare or merchandise. Any defective product may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same product. We do not offer refunds on Gift Card purchases.
