At Preva Aesthetics, we use Restylane and Juvederm products and choose the ideal type of Filler based on the location treated. Dermal fillers containing hyaluronic acid (HA) are used to replace lost volume in the skin, along with vitamin C and retinol, as one of the most important components in any skincare routine. This is a very common treatment for facial rejuvenation and can be used on the face, décolletage, neck, and other body parts. Fillers are intended to treat moderate to severe wrinkles and folds on the face.

LIPS

Pricing $550-$750.

Volume containing hyaluronic acid is injected into the lips to add height and hydration to the lips and correct asymmetry. Using Filler, the shape of the lips can be optimized to flatter the patient’s features. We always perform a thorough consultation included with your appointment so we can meet your custom goals. Lip flip can be added on for $40. Available as a half or full syringe. Lip filler lasts on average 1-2 years.

CHEEKS

Pricing: $750 per syringe.

Volume containing hyaluronic acid is added to the cheeks to replace volume lost over time, restore a youthful, hydrated appearance to the face, and/or define the cheekbones to give a more feminine appearance. The typical volume used is 1-2 syringes depending on the patient’s age and treatment goals. This treatment not only replenishes volume and restores hydration but stimulates collagen allowing the anti-aging benefits to span well beyond the 1.5-2 years that the Filler lasts.

CHIN/JAW

Filler can be added to the chin/jawline to accentuate the chin/jaw and optimize the patient’s profile. This treatment creates a look of confidence and can provide a slimming effect on the neckline. Not everyone is ideal for filler treatment, so a thorough consultation will be included with your appointment.

TEAR TROUGH (Under-eye)

Pricing: $750/syringe.

Volume containing hyaluronic acid is added to the under-eye area when hollowness and shadowing are present to create a more vibrant and wakeful appearance. When shadowing is corrected, it allows for light to reflect off the under-eye area, which gives a rested, healthy, happy appearance without the need for an under-eye concealer. Not everyone is a candidate for this under-eye treatment, so a thorough consultation will be done at the start of your appointment to determine if the treatment is appropriate for your goals. The usual amount of volume required is 1-2 syringes depending on severity. This treatment lasts, on average, 1.5-2 years.

NASOLABIAL FOLDS (Smile lines/Marionette lines)

Pricing: $750/syringe.

Volume containing hyaluronic acid is injected into the nasolabial folds (smile lines) to fill mild-severe wrinkles and restore volume, as well as stimulate collagen to reverse the appearance of aging. This treatment is very effective with long-lasting results. The usual amount of volume required is 1-2 syringes depending on severity. This treatment lasts, on average, 1.5-2 years. A thorough consultation will be included with your appointment.

SIGNATURE PREVA REFRESH

This treatment was developed and created by founder and lead injector Michelle Paty, FNP-C, as a preventive or corrective treatment for volume loss in the top 3 areas on the face that cause us to look aged and tired: The cheeks, under-eyes, and smile lines/marionette lines. This treatment trio packs a punch and reveals an instantaneously refreshed look. Using a specific technique, we inject small to moderate amounts of Filler containing hyaluronic acid to reverse aging and restore a bright, youthful, and rested appearance. This treatment lasts 1-3 years on average but can be extended even longer when used preventatively.

FAQ's

How can I best prepare for my filler appointment?

For appointments, it is best to avoid alcohol or blood thinners for at least 48 hours before treatment to decrease the bruising risk. This includes aspirin, ibuprofen, flax/fish oil, oral vitamin E, and prescription blood thinners. Drinking a lot of water. Arnica montana can be used pre-and post-treatment to minimize swelling and bruising. This comes in a topical gel or oral pellets and can be purchased at health food stores or Amazon.

What is your cancellation policy?

We maintain a strict cancellation policy to protect our time as well as yours. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.

What is the downtime for Filler?

You should expect to see results right away with full healing to be settled within 10-14 days post-treatment. Downtime can vary from client to client depending on treatment area and how much filler is used. Swelling and tenderness can be expected following the first few days of treatment but will continue to subside as the filler settles.

What are the post-treatment restrictions for Filler?

Avoid vigorous exercise for 24-48 hours. No alcohol or blood-thinning medications/ supplements until bruising is resolved. No facials or massages for 7-14 days. Keep injection sites clean. Sleeping on your back when possible can prevent indentation of the Filler. Avoid firmly massaging the treatment area. Avoid excessive heat, such as saunas, for 48 hours. You may ice the area once numbing has worn off (usually about one-hour post-treatment) to decrease swelling and bruising. You may continue taking Arnica montana until bruising and swelling have resolved.
