Pre-Treatment Care

If approved by your healthcare provider please discontinue all blo0d- thinning agents 48 hours before your appointment. This includes aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, flax oil, vitamin E, Alcohol etc. This will help reduce risk of bleeding and bruising.
Stay hydrated and ovoid coming to your oppointment on an empty stomach.

Post-Treatment Care

Avoid bending over or laying flat for 4 hours post treatment.
Avoid exercise and activities that raise body temperature too high for 48 hours
lce the area as needed to minimize bruising and swelling
Avoid wearing mokeup for 24 hours
Avoid hats/ski goggles for 48 hours
Aviod fociols for 2 weeks

Stay hydrated and ovoid coming to your appointment on on empty stomach
You may use Arnica Montana tablets for 2-3 doys prior to your treatment to reduce swelling and bruising.
Any antibiotics token need to be finished 2 weeks prior to your appointment

Post-Treatment Care

Swelling and bruising are expected post procedure.
lce the area as needed to minimize bruising and swelling.
If lumps appear, use a hot wosh cloth to soften the orea and then using a lotion of gel provide mild message as instructed oy your injector.
Avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours post treatment
Sleep on your back with your head elevated when possible.
Watch your skin for any discoloration or blanching. Notify Skin DEN Immediately Avoid dental visit for 2 weeks post treatment.
Avoid facials for 2 wveeks
Stay hydrated! HA filler holds 1000x its weight in water so hydration will improve the appearance and longevity of Filler.
